(English Section))

    The Web site ArbitrosHB.com was born in March 2004 as a tool to offer the possibility to Latin American handball referees to access updated information on playing rules, refereeing techniques, etc.
    Originally the site was only designed in Spanish but nevertheless a great deal of information published in English was also available in it.
.  For this reason just by designing an additional menu in English it shall be possible for the English speaking visitors to surf in this site. ¡¡This is what has been done at this time!!
.   Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to translate all the original content of ArbitrosHB.com into English since my English is not as good as I would like it to be in order to do the whole work.
.  Therefore, for the moment, the main section of ArbitrosHB.com will be the Spanish section.

    The English section will contain only a part of the Spanish section.
   All the articles received in English will be published in both languages.
   The articles received in Spanish will hardly be ever translated in English
.  This way, every section will have in time a different development.

    In spite of this limitation, I firmly believe that the English section can and will also be of great help for many referees
